We were thrilled to find this great place to eat breakfast. The breakfast tacos were excellent. I liked the coffee, too, and the service was so friendly. We liked the indie music being played and the decor, too.

We came here for brunch and coffee. There was no wait and the staff was welcoming. My husband had self-serve coffee and the brisket biscuit. I had the hot lavender, honey, vanilla latte and it was fantastic. I also got the biscuits and gravy with country ham...probably some of the best biscuits and gravy I've ever had. Will definitely come back if we are in this area again.

My family and I came in here yesterday to have a few drinks and appetizers! The woman behind the bar was SO kind! The cocktails we had were honestly the best we had in the area! You can tell she truly cared about the quality of the product they were putting out! 10/10, we will definitely be back when we are back in town! Best espresso martini I’ve ever had! And I am picky when it comes to my espresso martinis haha 10/10!

I eat here a lot! I love their food their drinks are amazing. Jo is so sweet and her energy is contagious and Brandon makes the best specials. I know when he's cooking the food is going to be fantastic! He never disappoints!

Such a wonderful restaurant! I’ve never been there for lunch or dinner but their breakfast is amazing! Coffee is always consistently delicious and they may just have the best biscuits ever. Their breakfast burritos are very good too. Highly recommend!

Stopped in for a quick bite on Halloween before a theater event. We ordered the potstickers and the special for the night, which was brisket sliders. The potstickers were good, according to my spouse, but I LOVED the brisket sliders, and I am not really a fan of brisket! Bacon jam and pepper jack cheese graced each of the three sandwiches. The sliders were gone in a flash! SO GOOOOOD! 10/10!! The service was prompt, the atmosphere was laid-back, and the price for our food was very reasonable. My spouse kept mentioning how we REALLY need to come back!

Coffee is wonderful. I love that it is self-serve and that ceramic mugs are available. I had the chorizo breakfast tacos, and they were delicious! Will definitely return. Sat at the bar and chatted with friendly locals. Great social space!

As someone who has spent years traveling across the United States and abroad in search of unforgettable cafés, hidden gems, and restaurants that truly understand atmosphere and hospitality, I can confidently say that Mugshot exceeded every expectation. The vibe was immaculate from the moment we walked in. The lighting was perfection — warm, inviting, and thoughtfully curated in a way that made you want to linger for hours. The fireplaces glowing on a busy Saturday morning near the beach created the kind of ambiance you usually only stumble upon in mountain towns or tucked-away destinations known only to seasoned travelers. The food arrived hot, fresh, and incredibly flavorful, while the coffee was rich, aromatic, and expertly crafted. Every detail felt intentional. The staff were friendly, chatty, and welcoming without ever feeling forced, which added to the charm of the entire experience. Despite the crowd, the facility remained spotless and offered plenty of comfortable seating — something seasoned café lovers know is rare to find in a popular coastal coffee shop. Oddly enough, Mugshot reminded me of one of my favorite cafés I discovered while traveling through Wyoming years ago — the kind of place you never forget and spend years hoping to find again. For those of us who genuinely seek out exceptional cafés wherever we travel, Mugshot absolutely meets the standard. It’s not just a coffee shop — it’s an experience.

We enjoyed the atmosphere at this coffee shop. It’s darkly painted but very light on the inside. We tried several different coffees. We had a hot banana maple latte, a hot churro latte, a hot dark mocha, an iced bourbon brown sugar latte and an iced banana maple. We enjoyed them all.

While visiting the area, we searched for a coffee shot. Happy to have stumbled upon the Mugshot! The Irish coffees were delicious. Coffe Shop and Bar, plus food and desserts, put this place at the top of your list. The staff is wonderful and friendly. When in the area again we will return!
